Refund policy

Refund Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bad Influence 156. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less original shipping costs (and return shipping if not prepaid). Final sale items, custom products, and clearance merchandise are non-returnable and non-refundable. To start a return, contact us via email first for approval and return instructions—include your order number and reason. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. We do not cover return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
